The 2005 Riesling is a staple wine for Seth Ryan. A riesling of this style was the first wine ever released by Seth Ryan in 1985 and has been produced consistently ever since. Rich green apple character with barely a touch of perceptible sugar in the finish (1.4%) make this a pleasant wine for dinner with fish or fowl or a delightful addition to apple pie. The wine is an exceptional addition to any curry dish especially Thai Green Curry as presented by Emerald of Siam. We produced 180 cases from the Claar Vineyards in Columbia Valley.
