Gewürztraminer
The Red Mountain grapes from Scott Williams produced an exceptionally rich, complex wine. The natural spicy, tangy character was well suited to finishing in the Alsatian style of a bone dry wine, with a nearly grapefruit bite at the back of the pallet proving to be a hallmark for Seth Ryan Gewürztraminer.
This vintage is perfect when served with stir-fry specialties of Thailand and oriental cuisine or with traditional American dishes of fowl or fish.
